ASK DR FRANZ

Q: Today I ask you- What is the definition of the word “SIMPLE”

Ans: adjective, simpler, simplest.

1.easy to understand, deal with, use, etc.:

a simple matter; simple tools.

2.not elaborate or artificial; plain:

a simple style.

3.not ornate or luxurious; unadorned:  a simple gown.

Its original meaning though is “one or together, a unified whole.”Over time, simple came to imply that something consisted of only one part, feature, or substance; not compounded or complex; easy to do, solve, or understand”
Excerpt From: Larry Dossey. “The Extraordinary Healing Power of Ordinary Things.”

There are books now out about to simplify our lives- what we are really seeking is a return to wholeness, less cluttered lives. more meaningful time with  family and less “stress” in all forms. It really is simple to do this- the process of change however is not easy. But then my mother always said- nothing worthwhile is ever easy….and healthcare is no different. Simplify your diet, make changes that maybe are not easy but are so rewarding over time as you are sick less, take fewer meds, have fewer doctor visits and have more happiness overall.

How can you truly simplify your life- return to a more unified position?
That is what we help you do at the Franz Center.

We love helping improve the health of your family.
